At Shop A Shop of Things!, we want you to love your home treasures; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
